Ambassadors

Ambassador Program Terms

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to joining and participating in the brainsto law ambassador program. You must agree to these terms to register. The program is operated by lemed.ai.

  1. Who the program is for

    • Law students, legal interns, and anyone who knows lawyers.
    • You must register and be approved to join. Your personal link becomes available after approval and completion of the ambassador guide in the dashboard.
  2. Ambassador status

    • Ambassadors act as independent contractors. There is no employment relationship between an ambassador and brainsto or lemed.ai.
    • There are no fixed hours, quotas, or exclusivity requirements.
  3. Commission

    • Commission amounts are shown in the ambassador dashboard once you’re approved to join.
    • Commission amounts include VAT.
    • Commission is paid only on the first successful payment by a lawyer referred through your personal link. One commission per lawyer. Lawyers start with a free trial month, so commission is recorded only when they pay for a subscription, not when they sign up. Commission appears in the report for the month the payment is received. If that month’s report has already closed, it appears in the next report.
    • A lawyer who follows the link and registers within 30 days is credited to the ambassador whose link they used.
    • Every lawyer gets a free trial month, with or without a link. The link only determines who receives the commission.
    • If the lawyer registers and cancels before paying, no commission is due.
    • If the lawyer cancels after paying, the commission still stands.
    • Refunds on the first charge: if the invoice for the report (or the NETO payment claim) hasn’t been submitted yet, the commission is deducted from the open report. After submission or payment, the amount is deducted from the next payment.
    • The program may set a monthly commission cap for each ambassador. Commissions above the cap are not credited. If a cap is set, it is shown in the dashboard.
  4. Reports, invoices, and payments

    • The previous month’s report is finalized on day 1 of each month.
    • Upload an invoice for the amount shown in the report by day 5 of the month. Payment is made on day 10.
    • Without an invoice, the amount carries over to the following month.
    • For invoice payments, issue an invoice to lemed.ai through your own registered business or an invoicing service for salaried workers.
    • Invoicing and bank details are collected before your first payment, not during registration.
  5. Payment through NETO

    • An ambassador without a registered business may choose to receive payment through NETO. NETO registers the ambassador and pays them directly, subject to its terms. NETO’s fee and mandatory contributions, including National Insurance and pension contributions, are deducted from the amount. There is no employment relationship between the ambassador and brainsto or lemed.ai.
    • Payout threshold: for payments through NETO, a payment report is created only when accumulated commissions reach the minimum amount NETO accepts, as shown in the ambassador panel. Until then, commissions are saved and carry over from month to month, with no expiry.
    • The ambassador initiates the payment claim: they request it in the ambassador panel, then approve and submit it through the email from NETO. Any claim not requested by the end of the month carries over to the following month’s report.
    • Anyone who prefers to receive payment for any amount, even below this minimum, may choose payment against an invoice from a registered business (VAT-exempt or VAT-registered) or an invoicing service.
  6. Rules for contacting lawyers

    • Do not send spam or mass messages.
    • Do not send messages without consent.
    • You may post in groups only with the group administrator’s approval.
    • Do not pose as a brainsto employee.
    • Do not promise a legal outcome.
    • Do not ask for credit card details.
    • Honor every opt-out request immediately: remove the person from your list and do not contact them again.
  7. Suspension and removal

    • The program may suspend an ambassador’s participation or pause the entire program. During a suspension, the link is inactive and no new commissions accrue. Amounts already earned are paid as usual.
    • Violating the rules for contacting lawyers may lead to removal from the program.
  8. Privacy

Your details are used only to process your application and run the program, not for mailing lists.

  9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Israeli law governs these terms and the program. The Magistrate’s Court in Tiberias has exclusive jurisdiction.
