brainsto.ai Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
brainsto.ai is a service from lemed.ai: several AI models discuss your decision and reach a recommendation. These terms apply to your use of brainsto. Your account, payments and credits are governed by the lemed.ai Terms of Use.
The service
- Responses are written by AI models. They express opinions intended to help you think, not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. The decision and responsibility for it are yours.
- Do not include identifying details about yourself or others in your dilemma. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
- You must not use the service to harm others, harass anyone, distribute illegal content or bypass its safeguards.
Age
The service is for people aged 18 and over.
Prohibited uses
You must not use brainsto, its discussions or its share links for:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Explicit sexual content
- Instructions for acts of violence or crime
- Threats
- Hate and incitement
- Harassment
- Attempts to obtain private information about other people
You may describe a difficult situation to think through a decision, even if it involves violence, crime or harm. The prohibition applies to using the service to create such content or harm others.
We may block text that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly break them.
Automated safety checks
- All text submitted for discussion—your dilemma, options, follow-up questions and replies—is checked automatically by OpenAI’s moderation service. The title, summary and decision card are also checked before sharing. These checks aim to prevent prohibited use and protect the service.
- If text is blocked, it is not discussed (or the link is not created), and you are not charged for it.
- The check is automated. No person reads the text as part of it. It can make mistakes. If your text is blocked by mistake, you can rephrase it or email support@brainsto.ai.
Public posting
- Publishing on the public discussions page is an additional option, separate from the service you purchased. If you do not publish, or your post is not approved, the result you received will not change.
- You must be 18 or older to publish.
- What is published: a title and short summary written by an AI model without identifying details, along with the decision card. Your original dilemma, your answers, the discussion and your identity are not published.
- By publishing the text, you grant brainsto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it until you remove it.
- You confirm that the text contains no private information about you or others, and none of the following: sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual content, graphic depictions of violence, threats, encouragement or instructions for self-harm, practical instructions for violence or crime, assistance with weapons or attacks, terrorism or extremist recruitment, hate and abuse, disclosure of personal details or passwords, or advertising or spam.
- Before publication, GPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) check the text, and a member of the brainsto team approves it. brainsto may reject or remove any post at its discretion and will give you a brief reason. To request another review: support@brainsto.ai.
- You can remove your post at any time from the discussion page. Removal from our pages is immediate, but we cannot guarantee the deletion of copies saved by others or stored in search engine caches.
- This content was written by AI. It expresses an opinion, not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
- Notice and removal: anyone can report a public discussion using the “Report” button on the discussion page or by emailing support@brainsto.ai. Reporting sends the discussion to us for review.
- Social media posts: brainsto will only use your published excerpt in its social media posts if you give separate consent when publishing. Consent is optional. You can withdraw it at any time on the discussion page. Unpublishing the excerpt also withdraws consent. Once you withdraw consent, we’ll stop using the excerpt and delete our existing posts where possible. We can’t guarantee that other people’s shares or cached copies will be deleted.
Refer a friend
- Every registered user has a personal referral link. The link stores the referral code in a browser cookie for 30 days and is not used for tracking. Anyone who signs up for brainsto for the first time during that period counts as a referred user. They get their first discussion free, just like every new user, with no additional benefit.
- For each friend referred this way, the referrer gets one coupon when the friend finishes their first discussion (not when they sign up), and one free discussion when the friend completes their first purchase. The free discussion is awarded once per friend.
- Each coupon gives you a discount on a purchase on the lemed.ai purchase page. The discount and what it applies to are shown on the coupon itself. Each coupon can be used once and has no expiration date unless the coupon states otherwise. You can redeem one coupon per purchase. Coupons accumulate in your account until you use them.
- You can’t invite yourself. Each person can join through a referral only once. We may limit the number of rewards, withhold a reward, or revoke a reward already granted, at our discretion, where abuse is suspected.
- Coupons and free discussions are not money. They can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
- We may change or end the program at any time. Coupons and discussions already added to your account will remain there.
Not an emergency service
brainsto is a tool for thinking through decisions. It is not an emergency or crisis support service. We cannot guarantee that we will detect or intervene in a dangerous situation. When text suggests that someone may be in danger, no discussion takes place. Support phone numbers are shown instead. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
